Whitetail Realty was originated in 1999.  Rick and Carolyn Lantz purchased the real estate company in 2003 and are currently the owners.  Rick was a regional manager for a propane company prior to joining Carolyn in the real estate industry.  Since becoming a Realtor^® he has served on the local Realtor^® board for 6 years, 5 of those as the MLS chairperson.  One of Rick’s success in the industry, voted by his peers of the local board, was the award of Realtor^® of the year.

 

Carolyn was a dental office manager for 25 years while working real estate simultaneously for the last 3 of those years.  She has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 12 years and is currently serving on the local board of Realtor^® as a director. 

 

When working with Rick and Carolyn or their sales people, not only will you be comfortable with their years of experience, but knowing they are up to date with the changing market to serve all your real estate needs.  Among the yearly continuing education and credits, Rick and Carolyn have successfully completed the ABR^® course.
